My career has taken me across marketing, leadership and business transformation. I've led teams, managed change, navigated difficult relationships and experienced the pressure of delivering results while bringing people with you.
So when you talk to me about a difficult colleague, a leadership challenge or feeling stuck in your career, I'm not just drawing on coaching theory. I understand the realities of working life.
Today, I combine that experience with professional coaching and Human Design, where useful, to help people see situations differently, make confident decisions and find practical ways forward.
